Infographic Permissions

To set up permissions for individual infographics, click the File Browser tab at the top of the page.

Select an infographic and click the Sharing tab from the information bar.

Owner Permissions

You have the option to select the owner from a list containing all your visible users.

Group Permissions

To add a group, select one of the visible groups from the list.

Optionally, add groups and set view, edit, and run permissions for the group.

You can also add additional groups. The list can be used multiple times.

Select Permissions for All Users

Set view, edit, and run permissions for all users.

Public Sharing

You can share your Infographic, the URL is set to http://<host>:<port>/infographics/<#> by default.
