Internal Datameer User Management

INFO

Datameer X offers internal user management with the option to create users, groups, and roles. Using internal authentication authenticates the list of users and groups that are set up in the 'Admin' tab.

Useful Properties

The default login security gives each user name three attempts to fill in the correct user name and password. A CAPTCHA on Datameer X's user interface login screen is required for each additional attempt after three unsuccessful attempts by a user to authenticate.

The number of access attempts can be configured in the 'default.properties' file:

failed.login.attempts.max=3

INFO: The CAPTCHA security feature can be disabled by setting the login attempts to "0".
