The Hadoop Ecosystem application gives you insights into partnerships and connections between entities in the Hadoop big data ecosystem.


Infographic

The infographic contains the following two widgets to help you understand the Hadoop ecosystem:

  • The circular network widget shows the relationship between tech companies that have associated with each other in the big data space.
  • The bar chart illustrates which tech companies have the most connections.

Data Sources

The application's data is provided in the Hadoop Ecosystem file upload, which contains data about partnerships as of January 2013.

Workbooks

The workbook uses a simple filter and sort functionality for cleansing and shows tech companies that have more than 5 connections, which feeds into the bar chart. The circular network widget is populated with data showing the which tech companies are connected.
