Customer Funnel Optimization Demo
The Customer Funnel Optimization Demol application provides insights into how effectively your organization converts leads into paying customers.
By analyzing SalesForce, Google AdWords, your organizations server logs and your customer database, the acquisition funnel returns metrics such as lead quality or search-to-lead distribution allowing your organization to optimize its marketing strategy.
Infographics
There are three pages of infographics for this application.
- Customer Acquisition Funnel
- Lead Quality Analysis
- Path Analysis
The first infographic gives easily-digestible analyses of searches, clicks, downloads, and leads. You can track the value of each of these analytic points by date as well as seeing how they stack up to each other as percentages.
This chart aggregates data from three data sources:
- Google AdWords provides the number of searches for a specific keyword and the number of clicks on a Google advertisement.
- Datameer's server logs return the impressions gathered from the Datameer download page for our trial version.
- Salesforce completes this chart with the total number of new web leads.Â
The bottom chart on this infographic displays the geographical information for your web traffic throughout the world.
The Lead Quality Analysis infographic is a spit into two charts. A pie chart giving a break down from where you are sourcing your high value customers.Â
For the purpose of this app, high value customers are gathered from the fourth datasource, the individual customer database and have in this demo the longest customer lifetime as well as the most value for the organization.Â
The scatterplot chart shows how likely leads from various sources are to turn into sales and what the likely revenue from these sales would be. The probability of conversion is based on the value contained in SalesForce, as is the probable revenue.
The third infographic is a circular network chart showing the top paths visitors to your website travel.
By hovering over a specific section the data shows:
- the source of the path and the number of occurrences traveled to a particular destination
- the destination and the number of occurrences traveled in the opposite direction
Connection and Import
This sample data app uses anonymized data stored in an S3 bucket to give you a quick glance at the value of this app.Â
All data sources (Google AdWords, Salesforce, weblogs and the customer database) are imported automatically, there is nothing to configure.
