Configuring Tableau Server as a Connection

To create a Tableau connector:

1. Click the + (plus) button and select Connection, or right-click on a folder, select Create New, and then select Connection.
     
2. Select Tableau Server for the type.
   

3. Enter the Tableau server address, the username, and password. Enter a site ID if you should access Tableau through a site other than the default site.
   The connection usage can only be set for exports. 

   

4. If necessary, add a description and click Save.
