Removed "Save as" function
When creating a new workbook from anywhere in Datameer X the "Save as" function and icon in the menu bar is replaced by a "Duplicate" function and icon.
Removed "Save" function
The function "Save" is removed and replaced by "Rename and Move".
Removed workbook info dialog
The workbook info dialog is removed due to restructuring. The information is now in the sheet inspector.
