Workbook Health Check

Health Check Overview

The workbook health check presents the following information:

• Number of workbooks in database: total amount of workbooks
• Number of healthy workbooks: amount of healthy workbooks
• Number of broken workbooks: amount of broken workbooks
• IDs of broken workbooks: ID of each broken workbook, comma-separated
• Progress status: status of health check
• Health Check Log: status for each workbook - workbooks with errors are shown with the workbook ID and the explicit error

The Workbook Health Check is available for the following Datameer X versions:

Executing a Workbook Health Check

To execute a workbook health check:

1. Open the "Admin" tab and click on "Workbook Health Check". The Workbook Health Check page opens.
    
2. Click on "Start" button. The Workbook Health Check executes automatically. The result is shown. You can now download the report.
   INFO: The execution time varies, based on the number and complexity of the existing workbooks. 
   INFO: A session timeout interrupts the workbook health check. You have to refresh the page and login again.
   
   
   

Cancelling a Running Check

To cancel a running Workbook Health Check click on "Abort". The Workbook Health Check is cancelled. 

Downloading the Workbook Health Check Report

To download the Workbook Health Check report:

1. Click on "Download Report". 
   INFO: Eventually your browser will ask you to allow the download.
    
2. Confirm with "Allow". The download is executed automatically. Find the JSON file in your download folder or where you save downloaded files.
