Create a connection and import from your DB2 database.
In order to use this connector, you must install the proper database driver. For instructions, refer to How to Install Database Drivers.
Configuring DB2 as a Connection
In order to import and export with DB2, you must first create a connection.
- Click the + (plus) button and select Connection or right-click in the browser and select Create new > Connection.
- From drop-down list, select DB2 as the connection type.
Enter the DB2 connection string and authentication credentials.
Select if the connection to be used for import, export, or both.
As of Datameer v6.3
A separate authentication section has been added.
- If required, add a description and click Save.
