JIRA is an issue and product tracking software from Atlassian. You can import data from JIRA via JQL (Java Query Language).
Prerequisites
Preparing the JIRA instance

Set up your JIRA instance and create an API token there. Make sure you know your user name and the API token as the password.
Configuring JIRA as a Connection
To configure JIRA as a connector:
- Click the "+" button and select "Connection" or right-click in the File Browser and select "Create New" → "Connection". The 'New Connection' tab appears in the menu bar.
 or - Select "Jira" from the drop-down and confirm with "Next". The type is displayed in the drop-down.Â
 - Enter the Schema from the drop-down, the host, the port and the root path in the 'Web Service' section.Â
- Enter the user name and password in the 'Authentication' section and confirm with "Next". The 'Save Connection' tab opens.
 - If needed, enter a description and confirm with "Next". The 'Save Connection' dialog opens.
INFO: The password is the API token you created in your JIRA instance. Â
 - Select the folder to save the connection, enter a name in "Save as" and confirm with "Save". The connection is saved. Configuring JIRA as a connection is finished.Â
