INFO

The 'Workbook Inspector' provides information for each workbook sheet type within a workbook. The following information tabs are provided:

  • Sheets
  • Columns
  • Functions

Activate the 'Workbook Inspector' by clicking on "View" in the top menu and then click on "Inspector"The 'Workbook Inspector' appears on the right side and provides the according information in the tabs. 

Sheet Inspector

General Information

The 'Sheet Inspector' provides information of:

  • general sheet information
  • formulas
  • sort arguments: by column; 'ascending' or 'descending'
  • the import job and the reference workbook
  • description

Sheet Type

  • sheet type is displayed
Source

  • left-clicking the ImportJob Path opens the artifact of the job import.
  • right-clicking the sheet tab at the bottom opens a context menu from where you can open the reference workbook (Click "Open Worksheet").
Formulas

  • all formulas, enabled in this sheet, are displayed
Sort Arguments

  • sorting is displayed as 'Column name': 'Ascending' or 'Descending'.
Description

  • adding a description is possible

Viewing the Information

To get the information:

  1. Double-click the workbook in your file browser. The workbook is opened.
     
  2. Select the tab "Sheet" in the Inspector on the right side. 
     
  3. View the information.
